VieroMind Academy is designed exclusively to provide structured mental health education, cultural grounding, professional development curriculum, and pedagogical training.

VieroMind Academy certificates and completion records recognize completion of structured learning modules, reflective exercises, and knowledge checks within the proprietary VieroMind curriculum.

• Structured Learning Completion Only: Issued certificates acknowledge program and structured learning completion within the Academy framework.
• No Clinical Licensure: Academy certificates do not confer a clinical license, medical registration, or government authorization to practice healthcare independently.
• No Unilateral Accreditation: Unless explicitly documented under a formal institutional partnership agreement, Academy courses do not represent mandatory continuing professional development (CPD) accreditation or government regulator approval.
• Practitioner Responsibility: Licensed professionals are solely responsible for verifying whether Academy coursework satisfies the requirements of their specific regional licensing board or professional body.

To access restricted Academy portals, coursework, and workspaces, you must create an account or be provisioned access by an institutional partner:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and keep your profile updated.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, passwords, and multi-factor authentication devices.
• No Credential Sharing: Accounts are assigned to individual users or designated institutional coordinators. You may not sell, share, or transfer account access.
• Role Authorization Boundary: Creating or authenticating an account does not automatically grant Institution, Faculty, Reviewer, Practitioner, Demo, or Platform Admin authority. Those permissions depend on verified role assignment, institutional membership, approval, or authorized configuration.

Users may authenticate using supported third-party identity providers, including Google Sign-In:

• Third-Party Terms: Use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's applicable terms of service and privacy policies.
• Scope of Identity: Third-party authentication verifies identity and basic profile information (such as email address and name) as permitted by the user.
• No Elevation of Privilege: Authenticating through Google or another social provider authenticates user identity but does not alter Academy authorization rules or automatically confer privileged role access.

VieroMind Academy assigns specific access tiers to preserve institutional autonomy, cohort integrity, and pedagogical governance:

You agree to use VieroMind Academy strictly for lawful, educational, and authorized professional purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the Academy platform.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or index curriculum content, assessment questions, or user directories via automated scripts or bots.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with security features, authentication tokens, rate limits, or role boundaries.
• Engage in assessment fraud, academic dishonesty, unauthorized answer sharing, or falsification of knowledge check results.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, malware, trojans, or harmful scripts.
• Input real patient Protected Health Information (PHI), confidential clinical case files, or un-consented personal medical records into text reflections or assignments.
• Impersonate any person, entity, institutional partner, or Academy administrator.
• Use the platform to harass, defame, abuse, or infringe upon the legal rights of others.

The VieroMind Academy platform—including all curriculum texts, lesson frameworks, pedagogical methodologies, clinical case simulations, assessment questions, UI designs, graphics, software code, trademarks, and documentation—is the property of VieroMind and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may submit reflection entries, assessment answers, institutional documentation, or feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your proprietary User Content.

• Limited Operational License: You grant VieroMind only the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, secure, back up, and otherwise operate the Academy service, evaluate assessments, and support authorized institutional workflows.
• License Duration: This operational license terminates when the relevant content or account relationship ends, except for retained backups, audit or legal obligations, de-identified data, or records that must remain for legitimate record-integrity purposes.
• User Representation: You represent that you possess necessary rights to your User Content and that submissions do not violate third-party copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or statutory rights, and do not contain patient PHI.

Upon successful completion of all required pathway modules and knowledge checks, VieroMind Academy generates a verified completion record with a unique credential identifier.

• Public Verification: Each certificate contains a verification URL allowing authorized third parties to confirm certificate authenticity and completion details.
• Revocation Rights: VieroMind reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or invalidate any certificate or credential if it is determined that the recipient engaged in academic fraud, assessment cheating, identity misrepresentation, or material breach of these Terms.

The Academy platform integrates with third-party providers for identity, infrastructure, and database hosting (such as Clerk, Amazon Web Services, and Neon). VieroMind is not responsible for external third-party websites or services linked from the platform, and their respective terms govern your interactions with them.

VieroMind may suspend or restrict account access, coursework availability, or institutional workspaces for:

• Security risks, fraud, or suspected unauthorized access.
• Material violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
• Unlawful conduct or academic integrity violations.
• Institutional pilot expiration or termination of the controlling institutional agreement.
• Failure to maintain required institutional eligibility or authorization.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIEROMIND ACADEMY AND ALL ASSOCIATED CONTENT, CURRICULUM, MODULES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

• VIEROMIND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
• VIEROMIND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE PROMPTLY CORRECTED.
• EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND TRAINING PURPOSES AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINES OR MEDICAL ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIEROMIND, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE ACADEMY PLATFORM.

• ANY MONETARY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL BE GOVERNED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND, WHERE RELEVANT, THE CONTROLLING WRITTEN INSTITUTIONAL AGREEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for and hold harmless VieroMind, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your material breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Academy Platform, or your submission of unauthorized Protected Health Information (PHI) or infringing content.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and any controlling written institutional agreement. Specific governing-law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions may apply under a separate written agreement between VieroMind and your sponsoring institution.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms from time to time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Last Updated" and "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material modifications will be communicated through platform notices or other reasonable means.
