Retention Policy

Progress and certificate data are retained for 7 years to support professional development audit requirements. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. You may request deletion subject to regulatory retention obligations.

Practitioner Rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction, and request deletion where legally permitted. You may export your progress and certificate records. To exercise these rights, contact support.

Regulatory Reporting Disclosure

We may report aggregate or individual completion data to accrediting bodies, licensing authorities, or institutional partners when required by agreement or regulation. Individual data is shared only with your consent or as required by law.

Security

Data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We maintain audit logs of administrative actions for compliance.
